Happy birthday Babe!! Since you got GoW I guess I won't be seeing you until my birthday... in 2008 hehe. I hope you had a good day even if we had to stand in the rain for two hours and get hassled by the man.

Yeah, getting pulled over for a head light out in the UK is a heck of a lot less scary than in the US. The cops here actually seem genuinely concerned that they have made you late for something and are all friendly. If you don't have your driver's license with you, they say "well, just show up in a week or so and show it to someone". o_O

Now that may seem normal to the folks on this side of the planet, but to the Americans... that sheet is unbelievable. Most times when you get pulled over in the US, you feel like you're going to throw up, pass out, cry and have a mental breakdown all at the same time. OH and they give you a $200 fine ;) Here they make you a cute list to take to the car service station and draw hearts all over it, and spray it with nice perfume and stuff.

Twilight zone or actually.. one American that I work with referred to this place as being very similar to that movie Pleasantville... but with more sheep of course.
