Ok, I'm a bit rusty at this ranting gig... but I'm feeling upbeat and ready to give zee update. As many of you know.. I moved. Well, I moved home, like with the family. Personal reasons and trying to get life sorted reasons. It's been a bit trying. I've been having trouble. I'm used to like being able to stay in battle gear (pajamas) all weekend and play games with the only interruption being my tummy telling me I should probably eat something. Now, I can't play like I did. My parents call me to like...
Hey! Drink margaritas and come outside to look at rainbows in the sky and shit. Yeah, that happened today and I felt the need to get back to roots and talk some turkey with the people that need something to read on teh internets.
My life is a bit on the surreal side these days. The company I lost my life to/was loyal to for almost 7 years sold me out. Yet, they still want me to do their dirty work so... facing dilemma. I got offered a shit part time gig with a local printer that couldn't print their way out of a paper bag. I went on the interview and half way through it I had their systems apart and schooling them on what they needed. So ye, the offered me the job. I took it. It's money. It's not fun, but I can uber up their situation and help in that way even if just for a short time. They are still using OS9 for cryingoutloud >_< I laughed out loud.... when I saw what they had. Guess that's bad for an interview but... I go into interviews these days like.... I'm interviewing you bitch. Your shit backward, I tell you. Well... it got me a job. I start Tuesday. And still have to work for my old bullshit company. My life is a new ride at Hershey Park with a very taaaaaall height limit.
Let's talk about cool shit now. I could complain about living with the folks... that they make me take vitamins that make the Mountain Dew™ end up coming out, the same color as it entered teh naku. Not clear on this whole vitamin deal but if I see a dish of nachos in the Loo, I don't swallow another pill as long as l live. Fscking vitamins. I did fine on my diet of thai food, diet coke with lime and wine. We refer to that as 'the good ol' days ;D' hehehe
Cool shit. I saw teh star wars. I should give a bit a background. Hopefully my sis doesn't kill me for posting pics of my favorite human on the planet ;D

Yeah, that's her. My niece. She goes to Disney and comes home with a pir9 costume... begged for it. She is teh neatest kid on the earth. Now, for months she has been obsessed with Star Wars :D She loves it... loves the movies. She is 4. She's also a genius. Her dad and mum are uber and smart. She has been talking to me for months about the star wars movie. (I are teh uber favorite 'auntie' hehe)
So I moved and I was here and obviously went to see it with her. We played with my DS together while waiting for it to start.... film starts.... this kid sat and enjoyed this film more than any adult in the theatre. I thought she would be scared of some of the parts...... Some was kinda scary. NOPE. I found out she went out 2 days later and got a full darth vader costume for halloween this year and he is her favorite :D hahahahahah So gorramn cool.

I know madsen liked this pic... since she is in a vader helmet and has little tiny painted girl toes ^_^ So cute. She > all :D
Side note on the film. I won't spoil it... I loved it. I thought it was extremely well done. I also felt like it was so much being tossed at my eyes and brain..... I probably only comprehended 1/3 of it. I will be seeing it again. I think Lucas made his dream end on a beautiful... sad note. I personally wouldn't want my life's work ending the way this film did. I found a tear in my eye when the credits rolled. Not because of the beautiful CG and story of the film.... but the tears came from something that has been a part of my life since birth (actually the year of my birth) was done. Star Wars is over. That's a hard thing to swallow for me.
I think of my sister wearing a R2D2 necklace when little... I think of her and I having 'light saber' fights with sticks in the back yard until I got a blister and got hurt real bad and our mum threatened dark wrath. I think about playing with the ewok village. I think about fucking STAR WARS.
It's done.. it ended well. He should be proud and they did a really nice job on this film. Though.... it was just crazy and fight fight fight.... I think almost all the action was supposed to distract you from like.... end of a lifetime for some of us. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I know madsen poked a bit of fun but.... I grew up with star wars... as lame as even the newer films were... they were part of the whole sha-bang and I dig it.
Enough star wars lol... In other news.
I really feel Apple should post some type of warning in regards to iPod earphones. This is serious people. I will post it in all caps: CATS HAVE SOME TYPE OF HIDDEN CAT INSTINCT TO EAT IPOD EARPHONES UNTIL THEY ARE DEAD. Yes... It isn't just my cat. I moved my 'devil cat' and myself into a home with two other cats. These said cats also wanted to eat the iPod. I was forced today to drive to Best Buy (*insert eddie izzard aaaah ah ah ahh ahhhhhhhhh singing) the sacred place of electronic worship, and buy new headphones. I did not get the Apple ones. I got Sony ones. They have these squishy bits that take away outside sound and make me go mmmMMmmmmm ~_~ Very nice. So, warning. Keep cats away from white slim apple wires... else do0m.
I'm listening to Gangstarr.. so good. I'm about to do some radio stuff with my favorite swede :/ I hope you listen. I want all the wonderful people out there to hear the stuff that makes me rawr. Stuff that has made me rawr for long time or just newly new to teh rawr :D Please keep your ears open for us to bring you neat musical stuff... we're working on it. My crazy vitamin filled life may set things back a few minutes but I assure you.... back now. I will stress again...... BACK NOW :) Stu made a really neat cover for my mix I released before I left.... going to talk with him before releasing it to you. Just so you know people, really neat things in the horizon :') I hope you stay tuned.

w00t, another update on naku.
Sounds like you're doing well in getting your life back together, the sucky job is just a phase. Im sure you'll be able to find a better one in the near future, so stay positive (which you seem to be pretty good at).
As for Star Wars, I definitely loved the movie (Ep III), it was beautiful, and the story was mediocre enough to fit into Star Wars. But you're right. It's fucking STAR WARS, man. It's not TOTALLY over though. The movies are but Lucas is planning a spinoff tv-series with incidental characters now. He says he's gonna direct the first season and if it hits off (its fucking STAR WARS) he's gonna hand it to another.
odd.. I have three cats, and they haven't attacked my earplugs yet. I've been through a few sets myself though, odd accidents around every corner :o

GoGoGo for teh job! I believe that some companies like somewhat aggressive behaviour during interviews. They can be sure that you say what you think about stuff. Good for development.
Still haven't seen SW3. All my friends did so tho. Evil then, poor me.
Anyways wish you bestest of luck with cream on top.

glad to see the living situation's working out for you. OS 9 you say? the printing company my dad works at has a few old G4s running OS 9. could be worse. could be running Win. 98. glad to see you liked the new Star Wars flick. haven't gotten to see it yet myself. well, good luck =)

*raisin the b33r de r00t* Here's to finding a cool job you actually enjoy. Working at a sucky job is just . . . well sucky. Heh.
Eh . . . I saw Star Wars too on Saturday. I enjoyed it, except for the freakin line ups. I didn't even get a chance to stand inthe concession line . . . >_< . . . The movie was both good and bad . . . Action scenes were of course fantastic . . . the actual acting, predictably bad. Unlike a lot of rabid fans though I consider the cheesy acting to be part of Star Wars . . . if it wasn't cheesy it wouldn't be the same. ^_^
And in a way seeing how Anakin becomes Darth Vader is the most coolest thing ever . . . and the saddest.
I know what you mean about the end of part of your life. I'm a big Star Trek fan too . . . and watching the last episode of Enterprise . . . In a way that was a bigger deal just because Trek was on every week. But knowing the Star Wars movies are done . . . over . . . Kinda hits ya right . . . *fist to heart*

Hi! I'm not mad at all! On the road trip to Niagra Falls Peep watched Episodes 1,2,3,4 and 6 on the portable DVD. We were surprised that she skipped the almighty Empire Strikes Back, but she loves those Ewoks!! Actually, she likes when Princess Leah unfreezes Solo. We also had to stop at Burger Kings along the way to collect the super cool Star Wars toys. Oh, I'm so glad she shares our love of cool stuff!! It is so much fun to be a parent sometimes!

YES...my cat LOVES earphone cords...actually he likes ALL cords that could either shock him or make me mad. I have gone through 3 sets of earphones now. And the ones i have are on lockdown.
