Back to the orcish war camp...

Well, it's back to work after a long lovely week of vacation. It's not as bad as I thought. I am happy to be super busy so I can't dwell on the fact that the best week evah is over. We watched so many films that I should review and played some games that deserve a write up as well. I think I'll break them up so it's not a mile long rant.

I have to write about Tekken 5 first since it really is amazingly fun. The new additions are being able to customize the players with money you earn fighting. I think it would be funny to make Nina footie duck pajamas but I'm sure they don't have that available hah. I'm sure all of you have read by now that they killed off Heihachi but he did indeed come back as an evil monster man thingie with a smile of do0m in his tummy. Though he looks scary (and is reeeally hard to beat) I'm still unhappy they removed him as a playable character. Least I think they did. I haven't unlocked everyone yet. Perhaps tonight I'll work on that. He was always one of my best players. I had his counter down like clockwork. *smiff*

Oh well, still a great game. They also have the arcade versions of Tekken 1,2,3 that you can play. I forgot how incredibly lame the first one looked. Very nostalgic and fun for like one round in each game then you say "that was fun, now let's play the pretty one kthx *start+select*"

Also Super Mario DS was purchased and oogled over during the happy fun tour. :') It really is an amazing looking game, extremely fun and of course has the traditional Mario style and spots that are so hard to get buy you actually yell across the room that you're never playing again. Of course 2 minutes later after grumbling to yourself you pick up the shiny and keep playing. If you have a DS and don't have this game, shame on j00 ^_^

I'll hit some of the films tomorrow or later depending on how long I really can manage to do real work with out falling out of my chair and rolling on the floor in angst. Which reminds me I still have 6 DVDs that need to go back to the ol' Bbuster. Thank the rental gods for no more late fees. I think I could probably have put a down payment on a house with all the late fees I've paid over the years. Seriously.

So much to do so I better cut this fake short. There are actual piles of work on my desk that I don't even want to look at. *does zee snow dance so I can go home early*

one love.

Hey there! I just wanted you to know, Heihachi is playable in the game. I know, because my friend unlocked him already. Jinpachi, stupid mouth in his gut guy, is actually Heihachi's dad, Jin's great-granddad.

and make sure you get those movies back before 8 days pass, or they make you buy them...blockbuster hasn't been hyping that part of their no late fees policy.

I'm glad you went out and bought Mario, however... I lost mine :'( not just Mario, I lost my entire DS. I think I left it on a bus. I have come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to buy a new one. luckly, I beat Mario before I lost it. I was still working on all 120 stars, though. where ever she is (my DS), I hope she's happy...

I've played a little Mario DS (and rather enjoyed it) but the game you absolutely need to purchase is Wario Ware: Touched. I've been playing on my friend's during our breaks at work and it is absolute joy. The re-playability of that title is incredible. I'll definitely be buying a DS once my tax return comes in. I'm glad you and snow had a great visit, the pictures were a ball to look at. :)
